SHIPPING TERMS
For all matters regarding shipping (shipping time, shipping methods, tracking number, taxes and duties, cancellations or refund policy etc), please refer to our terms.
Our website supports transactions in multiple currencies.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I TYPED IN THE WRONG ADDRESS?
Email us as soon as possible before your order gets shipped. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees applies for us to resend your package.
If the package was not successfully delivered due to a wrong address, we will not re-send it to you unless the package has been returned to us. You may have to make a new order.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. We will not release any personal information to external parties, unless legally bound to do so.
WILL PREVIOUS COLLECTIONS BE RESTOCKED?
Randamu Anime collections are limited edition launches, and sales are only live for a limited time period. Collections will not be restocked unless specified.
